Material & Labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, (shade as approved by Engineer-in-charge ) , area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured/ shade cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade ,10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, (shade as approved by Engineer-in-charge ) , area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles , thickness 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Gazed Coloured Ceramic tiles , size 300mm x 200mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm to 8mm thick, colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Machine cut kota slab 20mm - 25 mm thick ( Kota stone as approved by Engineer-in-charge) as in flooring , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per Sqm mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , laid over with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Machine cut kota slab 20mm - 25 mm thick in one piece ( Kota stone as approved by Engineer-in-charge) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado , pillar, risers of steps , etc. laid and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per Sqm mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , laid over with and including 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mirror polishing of marble, granite, Kota stone or other natural stone as in flooring, skirting, dado, steps, treads, risers, platforms, sills, and similar stone surfaces, including grinding with suitable abrasives of progressively finer grades, machine polishing, buffing with polishing powder/compound, application of crystallization/sealant (where required), cleaning of the surface and removal of all stains, scratches and dullness to obtain a uniform mirror-like high gloss finish, complete in all respects, including labour, machinery, consumables and incidental charges, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
