Repairs to roof sheeting, chajjas, ceiling for Md and OTM Accn of Area-III of AGE B/R (Central) under GE (West) Colaba, Mumbai

Dismantling roof (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rolled mild steel sections conforming to Gde Fe-290(Gde-165-E) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for multi-rib TM profile high tensile 550 MPA yield strength colour coated galvalume corrugated steel sheet having maximum pitch of 250mm, c/c and minimum 30mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The feed material is to be manufacture out of 0.50mm (TCT). Total coated thickness with 18-20 microns top coat over 5 microns primer and 8-10mm alkyd backer, zinc aluminium alloy of AZ-150. The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%)and silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal or fixed with 'L' or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/ taking down existing roof treatment including PCC padding by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, durt etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC padding 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of uniform thickness 25 mm average top surface of pain cement concrete padding shall be furnished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed ing CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Bituminious primer on roof surface conforming to IS-3384 bof 1986 @ 0.70 Kg/sqm and ap[plying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with non-woven polyster matt laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified with overlap of 100 mm overlap to be thermo fushed by flame, complete all as specified and directed.
