Amount

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement cement concrete/terrazo tiles with cement mortor bedding in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed including removing debris upto 100 mm distance deposited where directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm as in hard / dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain Cement Concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 ,1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate)complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6(using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for providing plain Cement Concrete cast in situ type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in copings and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain Cement Concrete as in surface channels and drains type B2 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded curhsed granite stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished fair and even without using extra cement in CM 1:4 on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Reinforced Concrete pipes class NP 2 bore of pipe 450mm dia , laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 3 coats of White washing in on walls including preparation of newly plastered surfaces or unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
