PROVISION OF EXTERIOR EMULSION PAINT IN LIEU OF CEMENT BASE PAINT INCLUDING REPAIR OF EXTERNAL SURFACES OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT HEMRL PUNE

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. (Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. Make-Asian paints (Apex Uitima), Nerolac (Excel-Topguard),Dulux (Weathershield Max) including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling G.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps,i/c making good the walls etc. concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall 20 mm dia nominal bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC rain water pipe of 110 mm dia with fittings and clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bldgs unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 110 mm nominal size dia complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping loosened/cracked concrete of RCC structure at any location by chiselling etc including removal of debris away from site n.exc 500 mtr , complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per direction of Engineer in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours including scaffolding).

Supply and fixing for hard down steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 kg/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape mild steel wire, (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying pressure guniting 20 to 40 mm thick to affected area of RCC structure incl necessary scaffolding for any height from ground using spray set HBL of Fosroc or equivalent of Pidilite @ 5ltrs per 100kg of cement and coarse sand in ratio of 1:3 and 5mm thick plaster CM 1:4 for finished the gunited surface even and fair without using extra cement as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Sprayset HBL of Fosroc or equivalent of Bostik / Sika chemical shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Wk shall be carried by authorized applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.

Supply only Arcylic polymer agent of approved make of pressure guniting complete all as specified and directed.

Painting on old iron or M.S. with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade in (two coats) over a coat of approved steel primer complete all as specified and directed.

Polishing on old wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Painting on old iron or M.S. with two coats of aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of shrubs growth on wall of bldgs using chemical and making good the damaged portion in CM 1:3 and match the existing surfaces of wall at any height complete all as specified and directed.
