Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10-12mm thick polymer modified readymix cement based plaster Make : Ultratech (Brand name Readiplast) complying to IS-1661-1972, IS-2250-1965, IS-2402-1963) or equivalent as approved by GE, applied in ratio 1:4 as per manufacturer's instructions, on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, including taking down of existing cement or cmenet lime plaster of any thickness and any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down woith water, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern (groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using aluminum battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of aluminum battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove) complete including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18/20 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete including demolition of existing granite of any type all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-polished, glossy finish, coloured , concrete cobble stone block 60 mm thick size 100mm x 100 mm up to 300 x 300 mm set in floors laid over 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing completed all as specified and directed.

75mm thick plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) finished even and fair at top without using extra cement and providing joints 40mm deep and 12 mm wide in plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, including demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for application of 2 coats of damp block 2K on brick/conc/plastered surfaces duly preparation to existing surface complete.

Material and labour for Application of Professional wall putty 1.5mm thick with mixing vitalia water proofing compound. (Make : Asian Paint or equivalent) after Scrapping of the old surface including brooming down all old spots and algai etc to the complete satisfaction of GE all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for application of Smart care damp proof of Asian Paint product or equivalent as follows:- (i) 1st Coat- Application of Self priming coat damp proof with 33% water . (ii) 2nd coat- Neat coat of damp proof after 4-6hrs drying of self priming coat or saturated surface drying condition. (iii) Third coat- Neat coat after 4-6 hrs after first neat coat or saturated surface drying Condition.

Material and labour for 2 coats of Asian paint apex ultima protek (coverage area 5-6 Sqm/Ltr) or equivalent including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of upto 4 storey buildings, boundary walls and applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Allow 6-8hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M & L for preparation of Old external wall and ceiling surface by complete removal of existing treatment of walls for upto 4 storey buildings and boundary walls by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) to old painted steel surfaces of any description as trusses , purlin ,rafters , ventilators etc over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.
