Providing and applying Non toxic, High Build, Solvent free, Taint free potable food grade epoxy coating of approved brand registered with the MCGM having bond strength of minimum 1.5Mpa as per ASTM -D 4541, in 2 coats each of 200 microns dry film thickness each having either ivory or gray in colour shade,on any type of RCC surface of the reservoir internally up to height to 9.0mtr. Including scaffolding and preparation of the surface free from oil, grease, laitance or loose particles by any means as per the directions of Engineer in-charge. The food grade epoxy coating product must have prior certification for potability test issued from Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI, Mysore, Karnataka ).If product manufacturer mandates a primer coating the same shall be invariably applied at no extra cost. Certificate from the manufacturer about satisfactory completion of the above work as per above mentioned specifications shall be invariably submitted before asking for payment.

Supplying and fixing 0.56m internal dia D.I. air-tight hinged type cover and frame (weighing minimum 95 kg.) of material grade SG-500/7 as per IS 1865-1991with grade designation of D400 as per EN-124, specification no SP-SWD-3 , including testing and inspection as per guidelines of IS specifications, including fixing with M-30 concrete and locking arrangement etc. complete as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Supplying and fixing 1.20m x 0.90m (2 nos of 0.60m x 0.90m ) internal size rectangular D.I. air-tight hinged type cover and frame (weighing minimum 300 kg.) of material grade SG-500/7 as per IS 1865-1991with grade designation of C250 as per EN-124, specification no 3, including testing and inspection as per guidelines of IS specifications, including fixing with M-30 concrete and locking arrangement etc. complete as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Shear Connectors: Make 10/12 mm dia holes using heavy duty electrically operated hammer drills in the concrete of RCC members to a depth of about 75 mm at 500 mm c/c or at suitable grid in zig-zag fashion, clean the holes using air jet and fix pre-fabricated 100 x 50 mm L-shape 8 mm dia rebar using Anti Corrosive protective coating so that 75 mm out of 100 mm is inserted inside the concrete and 25 mm remain outside along with 50 mm bend. The shear connectors are used to tie the additional reinforcement bars.
Bond Coat: Providing & applying One coat of structural grade epoxy bond coat by brush conforming to ASTM-C-882-87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened. This is applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar / epoxy mortar / Microconcrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface.
Repair with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM): Repairs to the deteriorated / damaged areas of RCC elements in the structure shall be carried out by using powder Polymer Modified repair mortar. The polymer modified mortar is applied when the epoxy bonding coat is still tacky. In one application 25 mm thickness shall be built. Subsequent layer shall be built with one bond coat of Polymer modified cement slurry. The polymer modified repair mortar shall be mixed, applied and cured as per technical specifications.
Providing and fixing in position Drainage Spouts including trough of 260 x 260. size fabricatede using mild steel plates, flats , MS grating, etc. and 100mm dia GI pipe 1 m long as per detailed drawings etc. complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having rebates of 32mm x 15mm size to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in the frame. The frame shall be covered with fiberglass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame etc. complete as directed.
Providing and fixing to frames 30 mm thick Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled / extruded profiled door shutter of approved colour, brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856 - 2000 etc complete as directed.
