Construction of tube well (piezometer) from ground level & up to desired depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and it's packing as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & it's primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles, clamp, bail plug and development work, but excluding the cost of casing and strainer pipe assembly).The nominal bore of the casing pipe will be 125mm. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water.

For drilling depth beyond 100 mtr.

Construction of tube well (piezometer) up to desired depth in all type of rocks by DTH system & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all type of soils & over burden including lowering of casing pipes, (if required) and clamp excluding cost of casing pipes, as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications. The nominal bore of the casing pipe will be 125mm. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. . The Piezometer should have a throughout bore of 110mm.

For drilling depth beyond 100 mtr.

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked as per IS: 1239 (part 1: 2004) medium duty of following size at the site of work: 125 mm dia NB ( Thickness of pipe 4.8 mm & mass of tube 16.40 Kg/m)

Labour charges for making slots on blank pipes made of ERW MS black pipe ISI marked of following sizes, the slotting should be as per IS:8110-1985 for 125 mm dia nominal bore

Construction of Platform for Piezometer including earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils. Supplying and Filling in plinth with river sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including cost of sand. Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth level. Plaster on new surface of platform in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finished. (i) 12mm thick on sides & (ii) 25mm thick on top surfaces. . Including transportation of material to site, painting of platform with washable distemper & of piezometer Double cap with enamel paint of approved brand & colour and lettering of platform & piezometer cap by painter after completion of construction works, complete as per drawing & specifications given in bid document complete to satisfaction of Departmental Officer-in-Charge.
