CHAIRS FOR STUDENTS STATICS- SEAT/BACK ASSEMBLY: The seat / back are made up of 1.2 cm thick hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded Polyurethane foam together with moulded seat and back covers. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. (LOW BACK). POLYURETHANE FOAM: The Polyurethane foam is moulded with density = 45 +/-2 kg/m3 and Hardness = 20 +/- 2 on Hampden machine at 25% compression. SEAT / BACK COVERS: the seat and back covers are injection moulded in black copolymer polypropylene. ARMRESTS: The one-piece armrests made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 Shore ‘A’ Hardness and reinforced with M.S. insert. The armrests are scratch and weather resistant. The armrests are fitted to the seat with seat/armrest connecting strip assembly made of 0.5cm. thk. HR steel.TUBULAR FRAME : The tubular frame is cantilever type & made of Dia.2.54cm. Legs are made of 18mm plyboard of with aesthically designed elliptical Cover sections . Legs are designed to facilitate wire management . Cross Member are in 18mm plyboard and the Beam is made of MS and has size 75x50 mm of 1.5mm thickness in powder coated finish of 50 microns thickness and is connected with legs to allow for traversing of wires horizontally. The beam raceway provided with slots for fixing data and electrical switches and sockets for each user under the table. RECEPTION TABLE- Providing and fixing of reception table of size 1500mm x 600mm and 900mm x 600mm and 1200mm height structure made out of 18mm plyboard dully laminated sides and front lower area. Top and front upper area to be finished in korean sheet of 8mm thick, the joints of sheet to be finished and has to be made seamless. All portion of korean sheet has to be dully finished with rubbing and polishing. The reception table to have a provision of cove light in front and a mono of university and name of department on it. Rest of the area to be finished with 1mm laminate and inner portion to have .6mm laminate. All the exposed edges to be finished with teak wood lipping/ 2mm thick PVC edgeband.
