Repair of Lubrication unit no 1 of lubrication system installed at Lift Irrigation Station, Tawi Pump House Jammu.

Repairs to Lubrication pumping unit no. 1 by way of dismounting the pump from the base frame after unbolting both suction and delivery lines, shifting pump to workshop, dismantling and replacing damaged components of pump. Rebuilding of damaged stainless steel pump shaft by way of depositing SS material at worn out spots and turning, finishing shaft to its original size and specification, cutting key ways. Fabrication of new Stainless Steel shaft sleeves, P/F of new Impeller (as per sample), then fitting repaired shaft water seal ring-01 no. Fabrication/Providing and fitting of new coupling pulley set (as per sample) along with coupling star L150 and assembling the pump after fitting new components and P/F 6305 ZZ bearing - 02 Nos. and then back shifting to TPH Jammu and fitting on the base frame, making proper alignment with motor and fitting both suction and delivery line. Replacing damaged nuts and Studs/bolts, gasket, gland packing with new one. Coupling pump and motor after making proper alignment and fitting L150 coupling star between coupling halves. Testing on full load. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges including carriage charges. .

Dismounting the 22KW/30HP, 3-phase, 415-volt, high speed motor from base frame and shifting to workshop by way of loading in mechanical transport from Tawi pump House, Jammu to workshop and back shifting of the repaired motor to Tawi pump House, Jammu. The job involves extraction of damaged/ burned coils from stator of the motor, cleaning all the slots properly and rewinding of 22KW/30HP, 3-phase, 415-volt, high speed (2945 rpm) Kirloskar make motor, by way of P/F of new standard copper wires of requisite gauge using superior quality insulation material. The job includes cost of labour, hire charges of tools and tackle, mechanical transport etc. The job involves Extraction of damaged Bearing and providing and fitting of 02 Nos. reputed make bearing (6310ZZ) at DE and NDE after extraction of damaged/broken bearings. Installation of motor on the base frame coupling with pump after making proper alignment with pump, P/F of new copper lead 6 sq. mm (10 mtr) along with end terminals for connecting motor with LT panel and testing motor on full load.
