Providing skilled tradesmen (Carpenter) to the concerned JE at 09:00 hrs on every working day except sundays and holidays as under on monthly basis for attending and completing the complaint on same day before working hours with tools and plants for repairs to joinery/Wood& Aluminium work etc in the area of AGE B/R II complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge : Carpenter (Skilled ) : 1 Timings 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs with half an hour lunch break . Note : The quoted rate shall be included providing safety gadgets to the deployed worker as per govt norms and holidays as per labour laws in vougue . Minimum fair wages shall be maintained any dispute in this regard the principal employers decision wil be final and binding.

Servicing of aluminium sliding / Side hung window / door shutters of any type including renewal of worn out parts like rubber beading, rollers, handles, hinges, locks, etc including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of Steel windows such as easing /adjusting in existing frame including welding if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium composite panels, panel shall be metallic series of approved shade, 5 mm thick with combination of aluminium skin materials of 0.50 mm thick, aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100H cover material coated on exposed side with PVDF (Poly vinyeldene fluoride) of KYNAR, PVDF coating containing 70% KYNAR 500 resin for antifungal and antibacterial properties and the central core shall be natural polyethylene (LDPE and HDPE) bonded to aluminium skin on both sides, and including all necessary fittings complete for finished item of work and including taking out of old Panel etc ., all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Make :Erobond/ Duro build / Aluco BOnd / Reyno Bond /Lenox - make as approval by GE . Note : Anodised aluminium rectangular section , GI Brackets etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.
