Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete with removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete work.

Providing and laying in finishing walls Old work two coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm with water proofing cement paint of required shade with Removing dry old painted surfaces and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete work.

M/L for painting with synthetic enamel paint two coat on surfaces with Removing dry old painted surfaces and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete work.

Providing & fixing glass panes 4 mm thick with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete.

Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading.

Providing and fixing uPVC Door Frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thick ness of 5 mm, made out of single piece extruded PVC profile, with mitred cut joints and joint with 2 nos of PVC bracket of size 190x100 mm long arms of cross section size 35x15 mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm , including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using 8 x100 mm long anchor fasteners complete.

Providing and fixing factory made PVC door shutter 30 mm thick factory made Non decorative finish Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thick ness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws with door fram including hinges, handles and bolts complet works.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass pillar cock 15mmdia bore of approved quality

Taking down & raking out joints in cement mortar and preparing the surface for replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Demolishing cement concrete richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Making plinth protection 30 mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4.with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth with neat cement punning.

Providing and fixing to 15 mm cement plaster (1:4) on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix including finishing the top smooth for drain

Providing and laying in Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation in foundation and plinth in cm 1:6.

Reinforced cement concrete work in 1:2:4 as in self slab.

Centering and shuttering including strutting work to sides of slef slab and soffits rough finishing surface of concrete.

Providing and laying in Steel reinforcement TMT bar for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of 1st quality 7 mm to 8 mm thick, size up to 50x50 cm of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 , including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical / manual means in fdn trenches or drain n-exc 1.5 m in cluding dressing of side and bottoms, lift up to n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 as in mass concrete of specified grade.

Providing and laying in Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cm 1:6.

Cement plaster 18 mm thick in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil. for foot path

Supplying and stacking at site as in foundation base filling and 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate of specified.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 as in foot path and mass concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Brick edging 10cm wide with width equal to length of brick laid dry on edge vertically grouting both side with cement mortar (1:4).

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4.

S&F for point wiring with PVC cashing capping ,with modular type switch wiring for exhaust fan 5amp point with 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, with modular type switch, modular plate phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm . FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable ect. as required group A.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.
