Advance patch work for making up the undulations in the existing BT surface to an average thickness of 50 mm using 45 mm IRC size HBG metal premixed with 44 Kg. of 80 / 100 Gr. bitumen per cum. of metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurement as directed by the departmental officers and including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be procured and supplied by the contractor himself at his own cost including handling charges for the same at both ends, heating the bitumen premixing laying, tamping and all labour charges for patch work and hire charges for running and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying of Tack coat over existing BT surface using 3 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion (RS 1) per 10Sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including clearing of road surface, cost of materials , labour charges , rental for machinery , fuel and all other incidential charges ,etc complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH and directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.43cum of13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8- 10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc.,including labour forattending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50- 2.36 mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 4 0mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler , tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9 m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumaticroller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
