Phase- I (Sl No. 1 to 38) Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in hard/ dense soil and getting out in soil.

Removing of excavated material exc. 50m but n. exc. 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying only red soil mixed with manure (from outside of MOD land) including royalty and carriage for preparing lawn grass etc (Sweet / good earth free from objectionable extraneous matter, toxic material and termites shall be brought at the site and stacked for measurement before incorporating in the work 20% of computed volume shall be reduced for loose stacking and for payment purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

PLANTS / TREES

M&L for excavation digging of pits of size 1mx1m or Twice the size of bag/pot already used in nursery, removal of excavated soil, moorum, debris, weed root etc to a distance exc 50m but nexc 250m. Provision of anti termite (Neem, Cake Methali parathion) treatment refilling with agriculture soil & Organic manure in the ratio (1:3) supply and planting of approved following species of trees (minimum height above GL as specified) maintenance by regular watering, deweeding, loosening of soil, adding fertilizer, stacking, pruning and spraying of insectisides and fungicides as and when required including water and ward the plants, maintenance during the currency of work including cost of replacement of plants against casuality if any etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge by suitable Gardener. (Note: (1) cost of agriculture soil for filling, Organic manure, ATT, fertilizer, insectisides etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item. (2) ht of tree should be 8 to10 ft or min 4 year life on nursery )

Material and labour for hardcore of brocken stone of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer (1:6) cement mortar 20mm thick layer for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick,With Grey cement and pigment set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick works with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation, taking out/laying of under ground cable, pipelines and getting out in:-

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked confirming to IS : 16205 (Part-24) of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polyethylene including coupler and bend with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Make : REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD or equivalent make approved by GE

M&L 50mm dia bore GI tube, , light grade with all fittings, complete, fixed to walls, pole ceiling or laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (Excavation and earth work where required shall be measured separately. MS Clamps for fixing on wall / pole , etc are included in the unit rate).

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Supply, laying, jointing testing and commisioning of LT cable 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, conforming to IS 1554 Part I / ISI marked, to be laid in trenches, fixed on the poles or passing through G.I Pipe, laid under floors, road etc, Complete of size 16 sqmm 4 Core.

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commisioning of LT cable 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, conforming to IS 1554 Part I / ISI marked, to be laid in trenches, fixed on the poles or passing through G.I Pipe, laid under floors, road etc, Complete of size 10 sqmm 2 Core. Note : For Sl item No. 20 & 21 ,Cost of jointing material e.g. lugs, thimbles, nut bolt and washers shall include in quoted rates.
