Excavating in trenches, n. Exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, esspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M & L for form work to rough finished surfaces of concrete, sides of concrete foundations , footings , bases of coloumns, raft and raft beams sides and sofits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; flat , vertical or to batter, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts , piers, columns finished rough etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls, ceiling etc, including racking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces and finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for ,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge .

S & F for MS TMT bars 5mm to 10 mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for stirupps and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. .

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, footings, plinth beams, piles and pile cap etc etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M& L for applying two coats of cement base paint (approved colour and tint) over a coat of primer on new plastered wall surfaces, including preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M& L for complete removal of existing treatment, washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint (approved colour and tint) over a coat of primer on old plastered wall sufraces, including preparation of old plastered surfaces on walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F for angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting complete or forged into spikes, framed guard bars etc all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, (each line wire to be measured) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Dismantling of AC sheets(corrugated, semi corrugated etc) in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (Aluminium zinc alloy coating150GSM both side together) confirming to ASTM -A- 792 - AZ - 150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa (Top colour coat: Silicon modified polyster 20 micron over 5 micron as per approved colour shade. Bottom colour coat: Light gray Epoxy paint 5-7 micron) as in roof covering/cladding to wall and louvers at anyheight, fixed with self tapping screws with PVC cap to match with sheet colour etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S& F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws for ridge only etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F wind ties of 25mm x 6mm size for roof including securing bolts, completed all as sepcified and as directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F for PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed 110mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed 75mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
