Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and rendering 15mm thick 1:4 cement plaster using cement slurry on fair faces of brick work. Cement make- ACC, Lafarge, KC or equivalent. Test Certificate of cement is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should confirm to clause no. 4.3, 4.4 & their sub clauses of MES SSR 2009, Part-1.

Taking down cement plaster on ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular surfaces using 1:4 cement plaster using cement slurry. Cement make- ACC, Lafarge, KC or equivalent. Test Certificate of cement is required during sample approved by E-I-C. Specifications of material used should confirm to clause no. 4.3, 4.4 & their sub clauses of MES SSR 2009, Part-1.

M&L for chalk whiting, on new plastered surfaces on ceiling, preparatory to distempering including preparation work as approved by EIC. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.12 sub clause no. 15.12.2, 15.12.3, 15.12.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work.

M&L for chalk whiting, on new plastered surfaces on walls, preparatory to distempering including preparation work as approved by EIC. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.12 sub clause no. 15.12.2, 15.12.3, 15.12.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on old decorated surfaces in ceiling mixed with blue & gum shade and material as approved by EIC. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.12 sub clause no. 15.12.2, 15.12.3, 15.12.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work.

M&L for applying 02 two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls, white or tinted, including preparing work etc on old surfaces of walls. Complete , shade and material as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.14 sub clause no. 15.14.2.2, 15.14.5 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC.

M&L for applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over old painted plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of old painted surfaces material and shade as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 17.9 &17.10 sub clause no. 17.09.4, 17.9.6, 17.9.7, 17.10.1, 17.10.2 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC.

M&L for applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of old painted surfaces material and shade as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 17.6 &17.10 sub clause no. 17.6.4, 17.6.5, 17.10.1, 17.10.2 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC.

M&L for applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of old painted surfaces material and shade as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 17.8 & 17.10 sub clause no. 17.8.5, 17.8.6, 17.10.1, 17.10.2 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC.

M&L for applying 02 two coats of cement paint on walls, white or tinted, including preparing work etc. on old surfaces of walls. Complete, shade and material as approved by EIC before use in work. The surface should be well cured before painting and curing will be done after painting for minimum 02 days. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 15.12 & 15.15 sub clause no. 15.12.2, 15.12.3, 15.15.1 to 12 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC.

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of Interior acrylic emulsion paint over old painted surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described color & material as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC.

M&L for applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces of any description, n. exe 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation work, color and material as approved by EIC before use in work. All the work must be executed as per clause no. 17.6 & 17.10 sub clause no. 17.6.4, 17.6.5, 17.10.1 & 17.10.2 & other related conditions as per MES SSR Part-1-2009. Quality assurance certificate from manufacturer must be provide before execution of work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac, Indigo or equivalent as approved by EIC.
