Drilling of boreholes down to 100mm to 150mm dia i/c providing labour, material and machinery required for carring out soil testing for bearing capactiy of soil complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge performing standard penetration test as per IS-2131-1981. Taking disturbed and undisturbed samples at every 0.75m interval upto 6.0 mt depth and 1.50m interval upto 6.0mt depth or at change of strata as per relevant IS specification complete i/c drilling of all types of soil other than bounders and rocky. Showing soil profile depth of water table, filled up soil, rocky strata etc. Net safe/allowable bearning capacity at a depth decided by Engineer-in-Charge preparation and submission of detailed soil investigation report in triplicate 1A- For first 5 metre depth

For additional depth beyond 5 metre if required

Carrying out dynamic cone penetration test using standard apparatus upto the depth of 15 metre as given below

Consultancy serices for the architectural/ structural drawing for Construction of multipurse hall (20mx25m), 4 class rooms with toilet blocks, c/o boundary wall, filling and levelling of ground & passage to class rooms after demolishing of existing old structure in unused land of MC Pry. School Rawta (Boys) in Ward No. 125/NGZ including total station survey, existing available space and requirement as per direction of competent authrotiy. Engineer-in-charge on the basis of soil test report considering all the norms / IS codes i/c earth quake factor etc for all floors, and submission of all relevant layout and working architectural drawing in six sets complete wtihin one month from the date of issue of work order including detailed drawing for water supply, details of doors and windows, fire fighting, storm water, bar-bending schedule (BBS). Detailed estimate to be provided by consultant i/c got checking from competent authority. Estimated cost of the bldg. Rs. 4,28,37,372/- 75% of estimate cost Rs.3,21,28,029/- consultancy charges @1.10% of above estimated =Rs. 3,53,408/
