Scope of Work - Constr of AT Track 08 Km Long and 1.8 Mtr width from Lamoche Dogri to Ganngthang La. Minimum two passing place 3.00 Mtr wide, at least 5 to 6 Mtr long will be provided at every 1Km. The ruling gradient of the track will be 1:6 or less. The undermentioned items will be procured for reinforcement/ Constr of Breast walls/ track improvement.

Mesh Container - Portable, collapsible protective wall gabion cage boxes made of Galvanized welded mesh frame (02 x cell per set) of size 1.22 x 0.600 x 0.66m (Length 4 feet, Width 2 Feet and Height 2 Feet) shall be used at suitable locs for making Breast walls. Gabion mesh will be made of 4mm dia Hot dip galvanised Low carbon steel wire confirm to BS 1052 145 GSM Alu-Zinc coated prime quality raw material confirming to BS/EN 10224-2. Wire Tensile 540-770 N/MM2, 100% defect free. Gabion frame Mesh size 76.5mm x 76.5mm. Mesh Tensile 7% of wire tensile. Mesh frame edge will be spiral hinged through 20mm dia spiral made of 4mm dia galvanised stretchable wire for joining to ensure easy folding and unfolding and 2' In length afte folding. Tolerance: Panel + 1mm in length Elongation approx 5%. Weight of Panel 10.10 Kg/Set 8 Nos high tensile stiffening will be provided with each cage. The cage bos will have inner lining of non woven geotextile. The geotextile will be 3mm thick with 300 GSM in heavy duty non woven polypropyiene. (Make HESCO Bastion Ltd/ STAR/A1 or Equivalent)

Angle Iron 60 x 60 x 6mm. Angle iron Made of Mild steel angle 65 x 65 x 6mm 1880mm long for supporting of Hesco Bastion conforming to IS 2062-2011. All angle picket shall be applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of sand colour over a coat of red oxide primer. Weight of the Mild steel angle picket shall be 5.4Kg/RM. All angle iron shall be fabricated duly slotted both side at the regular intervals 150mm with shoe at end of 120mm. Tolerances will be as per IS 1852-1985 Make TATA/SAIL/JINDAL.
