Scope of Work: A) Construction of 11KV line with 80Sqmm AAAC - 1.8KM over 11mtr long 160x152mm WPB GI Pole. B) Dismantling of 11KV line - 1.6KM over 9mtr long PSC/Joist pole with 55mm2 AAAC

Supply of WPB (GI) Pole 160× 152 (11 Mtr.Long, 30.44KG/Mtr)

Erection, Loading, Unloading of WPB pole 11 mtr height, in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required and Muffing with Concrete ratio 1:1.5:3 with dimension 500mmX500mmX450mm

Supplying and erection of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre)each of 2.3 mtr length double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP without Isolator

Supplying and erection of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre)each of 3 mtr length double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP with Isolator.

Supplying and erection of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre)each of 1.2 mtr length double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for 11kV cut point (180 degree and 90 degree)

Supplying and erection of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre)each of 0.306 mtr length double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for 11kV cut point (180 degree and 90 degree)

Supply & Erection of GOAB Switch Double Break type 11kV, 400A, 3 Pole, 50Hz with AB switch mounting channel,isolator support channel, isolator operating down pipe support, down pipe diagonal support, down pipe base support, isolator side support channel with nut & bolt and other accesories as required.

Supplying and erection of 2 set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure (1- One cross bracing consists of 2 nos 1.66 mtr long,75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm GI belting channel and 2nos 2.671 mtr long, 50mmX 50mmX 6mm GI bracing angle) complete with 50 mm X 6mm G.I. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP structure without Isolator.

Supplying and erection of 2 set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure (1- One cross bracing consists of 2 nos 3 mtr long,75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm GI belting channel and 2nos 3.512 mtr long, 50mmX 50mmX 6mm GI bracing angle) complete with 50 mm X 6mm G.I. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP structure with Isolator.
