Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. In all kinds of soil where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches , stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonary in 15 cm layers with compaction including diposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 metres.

Earth filling under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar upto 40% excavated from outside the building plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metres

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Centering and shuttering for columns (Square or rectangular or poly gonal in plain)

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40mm gauge(mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type)

Cement Concrete 1:6:12 with stone aggregate 40mm gauge(mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle (mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type)

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS : 1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth .

Extra for vibrator used by the contractor at this own cost.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth .

115mm thick brick wall laid in cement mortar 1:4 without reinforcement in foundation and plinth .

Conglomerate floor 25mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

Conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3

Steel work fixed independently without connecting plates including cutting hoisting and fixing in position MS Rail (Through Rate)

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor Steel Bar) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985, for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in position complete

Supplying of M.S Cleats 65x65x19 mm to 6 mm weighing about 425 grms.

Providing & Fixing base Plates Size 235x220x12mm for Transformer plinth

Providing and Fixing of MS 12.5 mm dia 300 mm long anchor bolts as per drawing.

Providing & fixing Angle Iron nozing made out of 50x50x6 mm angle Iron & with M.S Flat of size25x3 mm Hold Fast 125 mm long at 60 cm c/c complete in all respect for out door cable trenches.

Providing and Fixing M.S Cable Racks of various sizes

Supplying hoisting of Ferro cement trench cover frame of size given below made of MS flat 50X3mm with 6mm dia bars with 9/2" and 9"C/C welded to flat with lifting hooks as per drg. no C/W DS-2537 R5 and CW/DS 2420 R3 complete Trench Cover T-4 Type ( 2’-6” x 1’-9”)

Fixing of Template along with foundation bolts as per Drg.

Supplying & spreading of gravel 3/4" nominal size (20mm) in 3" (75mm) thick layer in the switch yard area marked or as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.
