Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified, coloured and printed tiles of light shade, 8 to 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite slab 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and joined with cement and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed CM (1:3) the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing type as in cill and jamb/skirting, steps cooking plateforms includigng rounding off the exposed edges and polishing all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/hard standing and floor finishes surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as diected.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deepx10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as diected.

Demolition of brick work /stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/ concrete/ stone surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 200ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary scaffolding works. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling/chajja/fascia etc finished even and smoth without using extre cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg of cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over and incl a layer of 3mm thick wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on new plastered surface of internal wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, colour of paint as approved by Engr-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wall surface by bruss , sand paper, surface repair if required, filling putty in holes etc on surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or any tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint, etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- After preparation of old painted surface, ensure the surface is free from loose paint, crack holes, dents, damp areas etc and should be repaired properly with putty/white cement before painting.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of primer surfaces of wall and applying two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick-up resistance with low VOC less than 50Gram/Litre as per LEEDS specifications having anti-algal properties in two coats @1.79 litre (Undiluted)/10 Sqm/coat diluted with water as per manufacturer’s instructions applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note: (a) Subsequent coat of painting shall be done after allowing 6 to 8 hrs to dry the painted surface. (b) The work shall be executed from authorized applicator of make approved by Garrison Engineer. (c) Colour of OBD/ Exterior Emulsion paint shall be approved by Garrison Engineer.

S&F of Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). WPC to be laminaed with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with 100mm long stainless steel butt hinges 04 Nos with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk s.s screws,complete all as per specified and directed.
