SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I PHASE -I
Taking down the existing unserviceable passenger lift assembly complete with all accessories of capacity 08 passenger(Ground+5 floors) installed at various buildings bearing No. P/79(A5), P/84(A10), P/85(A11), P/89(B4), P/93(B6) & P/94(B9) including taking down control panel, motors and gear boxes, power control and trolley wiring, limit switches, levelling devices, ropes, sheaves, counter weights with guards, buffers, joists, beams, and call indicaters, car as a whole including all guide rails etc, dismantling existing ARD from lift and keeping aside carefully for reuse all specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The dismantled existing lift with all accessories (excluding ARD) shall be transported and handed over to MES store yard. (ii) The damaged portion of the building while dismantling the lifts shall be made good with the same specification to match with existing surface. (iii) The dismantled ARD shall be refixed vide item No. 3 hereinafter as fixing only. (iv) After dismantling and taking down old lifts, all Landing door opening are to be closed/blocked with wooden shutters for the safety of people. (v) The rate quoted agaist the item shall be deemed to be included for the above provitions and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
a) Fire man switch at Ground Floor landing door.
b) Automatic rescue device (A.R.D) system Compatible to reuse ARD received from serial item No. 01 above.
c) Battery operated emergency light (LED ceiling fitting ), alarm (speaker for emergency alarm system to be fixed) and stop button in car with rechargeable arrangement for battery .
d) Sleek circular LED light fitting 5W-6 Nos in false ceiling.
e) One sleek circular PVC heavy duty fan 300 mm sweep in false ceiling.
f) 20mm thick granite flooring complete.
g) Non stop button /independent operation
h) Over load warning indicator both audio and visual type with tripping system having relays etc (overload protection/tripping system).
j) Front landing door of stainless steel moon rock finish with view glass with operations to a minimum time of 10 seconds and up to a maximum time of 30 seconds.
k) Car size shall be in conformity with IS -14665-2000 and body to be stainless steel of 16 gauge SS moon rock finish with stainless steel hand rail 38mm hairline finish
l) Set of three number limit switches at the bottom and top most position of lift hoist ways as specified in IS
m) Hand rail 38mm round SS finish
n) Specification plate with complete details.
o) Continous earthing for machine and equipments.
p) Steel Wire rope of adequate size as per relevent IS and as per manufacturer specification
q) Other standard fixtures and fittings like guide rails, sheaves, counter weights with guards ,buffers, gear unit breakes, control panel ,locks ,governor ,car operational panel,power, control and trailing cables complete.
r) Full length display indicator panel.
s) Main drives and control shall be of latest , high effective and low power consumption.
t) Suitable phase reversal relay shall be provided on the controller to protect lift/equipment against phase reversal, phase failure and low voltage.
u) Stainless steel front opened car with vision of size 200mm x 800mm with toughened glass not less than 8mm thick.
v) Intercom set to be connected with nearest security post
Fixing only ARD recovered from item No.01 above including servicing, addition and alterations of control wiring, testing and commissioning necessary electronic operation parts as per site requirement all as specified including replacement of rechargeable maintenance battery minimum 07 Nos. and rectifier unit and defective major parts of ARD as required to suit the site requirement compatible for item No 02 above.
Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate of electrode 600X600X 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note: The rate is deemed to be included for necessary excavation/earth work, drilling of holes for electrode, PCC M-10 1:3:6 type C1(Using 20mm graded stone aggregate), RCC cover slab 50mm thick with M-15 type B1(Using 20mm graded stone aggregate), Reinforcement 8mm dia TMT bars of 140mm C/C both ways with suitable handles, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, protection pipe 40mm dia light grade upto 7.5m, Funnel, Charcoal, salt and galvanised earth strip of size 32X6 mm upto 7.50m.
GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for protection of GI earth strip buried or laid on ground /fixed to wall/floor beyond 7.50Mtrs from main earthing all as specified and as directed complete.
Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32X6mm GI strip complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip beyond 7.50Mtrs from main earthing complete all as specified and directed.
SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II PHASE -II COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS AFTER DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD OF 02 YEARS
Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated 08 passenger lifts(544 Kgs)-Six number to serve G+5 upper floors all as mentioned vide SI No.2 of Sch "A" Part-I, Phase-I (06 Lifts) during FIRST YEAR after expiry of defects liability period all as specified and directed
All as per description of item No. 07 but SECOND YEAR after expiry of defects liability period.
All as per description of item No. 07 but THIRD YEAR after expiry of defects liability period.
Note for SL No: 7 to 9 :- (i) Comprehensive maintenance consists of preventive and breakdown services including replacement of material and labour for major/minor spare parts and consumables like topping of Oils/grease/door rollers/relays/door belts/gate lock contacts and hardware like bolts and nuts including load testing of lift for satisfactory performance and certification once in a year complete by lift inspector of Govt dept. and rate quoted by the tenderer includes for the above Lifts. (ii) Preventive maintenance consists of carrying out routine check by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and lubricating to all moving parts, topping parts, topping up of oils as per Lubrication Chart including Material and labour for all consumable and major/minor spare parts. (iii) Breakdown maintenance consists of attending to the faults that may occur and carrying out necessary repairs to electrical, control circuits and mechanical components including materials & labour for all minor & major spare parts and consumables of the lift that may occur during the operation. (iv) Fortnightly, monthly, quarterly maintenance registers shall be maintained and signed by the site engineer and contractor. (v) Load testing and certification by lift inspector of Govt dept. shall be arranged by the contractor to the Lift for which repairs were carried out as and when directed by Engr -in-Charge. (vi) All maintenance works shall be carried out by well qualified tradesmen and supervisor of OEM.
(vii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the above aspect and for consumables such as timely toping up oils,acrylic covers, fuses, grease,waste cotton, stationery and other miscellaneous items and all minor & major spare parts. (viii) The tenderer shall submit MoU from the original manufacturer of the lift for comprehensive maintenance to undertake comprehensive maintenance during and after Defects Liability Period directly or through their nearest authorized/accredited agencies service personel. The MoU shall be submitted at least 06 months prior to issue of completion certificate of main contract as per Work Order No I.
