Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutter of any description, exceeding 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills,gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railing; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gd E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel framed work as in brackets etc for cooler stands etc framed steps/stairs etc complete using MS angle iron, Steel bars, gusset plate etc confirming to Fe 290, Gde E -165 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel frame work as in stairs ,hand railings, half round or other stock section or section or core for wooden hand rail straidgt portion drilled and countershunk for balusters running bars for doors balusters nosing to steps including embeded in concrete and screwing etc hid ties for roof including necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290-0 Gde E165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Mild steel rolled steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for Stair/ladders; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates bracket framing including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out from position framed woodwork as in cupboards/cabinets etc with all fittings ,shutters, shelves, drawers etc in any position fixed in walls or floors & removal of the rubbish outside MD land all as directed at site for overall sizes exceeding 0.50 sqm but not exceeding 1.50 sqm & depth not exceeding 60 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for UPVC Coated Celuka printed in one of two different colours( with wood grain printed pattern /ivory colour finish) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet frame of width 150mm & 18mm thickness made out of extruded 18mm PVC sheet and joined with suitable Cement Solvent adhesive and screw.The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 75 mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 3 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 Nos. for horizontal member etc, all as per manufracturers specifications, complete all as specified and as directed.
