M&L for cutting of existing road surfaces up 100 mm deep & 300 mm wide and making good disturbed portion with 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 50 mm dia bore mild steel galvanized iron tubes, 'light grade' with all fitting and laid in trenches or fixed to pole or laid in floors for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60mm x 600mm x 3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, medium grade, and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.

Note:- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular poles height approximately 7 to 7.5 meter above GL including cross arms and bracings and applying two coat aluminium paint and rewriting pole number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deployment of manpower / tools / machinery / plant for Dehydration / filtration of transformer oil of transformers, etc of various capacities installed at different locations by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength not less than 50 KV when measured at 2.5 mm gap for one minute complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for following :- (i) Oil for each transformer shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil and signed by Engineer-in-Charge & contractor. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. (iii) New transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply & filling Power Transformer Oil for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 50 KV at 4 mm gap confirming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE:- Testing of each earthing shall be carried out in presence of MES and Air Force representative at the interval directed by Engineer-in- Charge and measurement shall be carried each time separately and test result shall be maintained dully signed with date by MES representative and contractor.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm dia galvanised iron suspension wire

Supply and fix in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size of 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed with 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long screw, fixed in position and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.
