Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including padding concrete on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and spplying evenly cement slurry at the rate of 3 Kg/Sqm over cleaned surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded agg) as in padding concrete to maintain required slope including coving to junctions of parapet and roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Cutting grooves in brick/concrete wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Removing of debries any description obtained from demolition beyond the lead included in the rates including loading unloading to a distance exceeding 1.5Km and not exceeding 2.00 KM out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for 5 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement to have a smooth surface for laying of water proofing membrane. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying bituminous primer @ 0.4 liter /Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for repair to broken/rusted RCC work such as fascia of roof slab, ceiling, chejjas, columns, beams etc upto required thickness with 'Ready Mix Reinforced acrylic fibre' cementitious mortar material (micro concrete) after cleaning & removing loose particles, grease, oil or other materilas, applying 'epoxy zinc primer' over cleaned reinforced steel and providing a steel reinforcement cage covered with fibre mesh all as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces fair and smooth for building upto (G+2) stories including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified.
