M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from internal surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from internal surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment on walls on external surfaces upto 8 mtr height including roof projection, facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander/paint remover machine (having mechanical vaccum mechanism), loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying acrylic resistant readymade wall care putty of average 1mm thickness over the plastered/old prepared painted surfaces of external walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc (thickness vary as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in one or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor shall inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work shall start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer in-Charge through site order.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer (undulated surfaces) diluted with water in ratio primer and water in (1:1) and applied with roller for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, two coats with water as per manufacturer's instructions applied over primed surfaces with roller of paint application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of walls by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts , treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of ceiling by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts , treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic interior emulsion distemper (Ready mixed) of approved colour with low VOC content, two coats with water as per manufacturer's instructions applied over primed surfaces with roller of paint application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Acrylic polymer base damp proof coating system with two components ready to use acrylic polymer modified damp proof coating:- (a) Surface preparation: Remove the existing plastered surfaces with efflorescence/seepage area. Non-moving cracks having width upto 5mm shall be filled with polymer based crack filler. (b) Application: Apply acrylic polymer base damp prrof coating by brush roller over SSD surafce. Apply first coat of damp proof coating with a paint brush directly on the surfaces. A llow to dry for a minimum 2-3 hrs, apply subsrquent second coat after drying. The first coat and second coat shall be applied in perpendicular direction. The coverage shall be atleast 1.2 Sqm/Kg/coat. The mixing for two components, if required shall be done as per manufacturer's specifications. Rendering to be carried out after approval of Engr-in-charge and shall be paid seperately. Make: Asian Paints Damp proof Ultra 2K/Fosroc Damp Protect/Dr Fixit Dampguard. Note: Treatment shall be carried out through Authorised applicators.

S&F 110mm bore uPVC pipes garde 'B' single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed along walls/trenches with and including suitable size clamps/brackets at 1.5 mtr interval and keeping 100mm away from wall and of suitable size fixed with fasteners/nut bolts, joints fixed with pipe joint lubricant including bends, socket, Y-junction, Tee, cowl etc including low carbon hot roll gauge corrected oil picked & drawn pipe supporting clamp system 32x3mm with rib and notch hot dip galvanised and Zn, Al flake coating with necessary clamps to fix and hold pipe and necessary cement/PCC work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters obliterating old writing of any description, not exc 0.10 Sqm with paint to match with existing work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for jodhpur stone slab challas laid to slope supported at ends with mild steel angle iron framed sections of size 45x45x6mm fixed in wall including dismantling existing RCC chajjas and making good existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces and hacking out old broken glasses complete all as specified & as directed.

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 4.00 to 7.00 & 13.00 to 16.00 of BOQ. (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by contractor as per MOU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e Exterior Emulsion Paint, Distemper, Putty etc after approved by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall submit the documents “Memoradum of Understanding” (MoU) before starting the subject work with atleast one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract documents. (c) Cost of scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures as per site requirement shall be included in the quoted rate. (d) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc as per site requirement. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, plasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc drops and splashes of paint to be cleared to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Removing and existing furniture for painting work and replacing the same post painting work, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc. (j) Sample patch of 10 sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodicals and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further subject work.

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 4.00 to 7.00 & 13.00 to 16.00 of BOQ (Contd). (k) GUARANTEE OF PERIODICAL SERVICES : Periodical services against serial item No 4.00 to 7.00 & 13.00 to 16.00 of BOQ using mechanized equipment’s only executed under this contract are under the guarantee of contractor for 05 (Five) Years after the certified physical completion of work. Contractor is fully liable under this guarantee to rectify and redo all defective work intimated to him during this period including all type of materials and labour to the specifications catered for in the contract. In case contractor fails to rectify the defective work, Accepting Officer shall get the rectification done as necessary at the risk and cost of contractor and recover the cost in full from the contractor. If the contractor consider that any additional treatment is required over and above that specified here in before in Schedule ‘A’, the same shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.
