Material and labour for opening and dismantling both sides covers of condenser and descaling of condenser unit (set of Two) for AC plant of 2 X 95 TR by pumping descaling chemicals with descaling pump, brushing with rods, cleaning/ oiling of tubes, replacement of gasket and reassembling it after descaling complete all as directed. Note :- The descaling of the condensers of the plant will be carried out by the authorised service representative of the OEM.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable compressor of capacity 95TR Make carrier from chiller unit of capacity 190 TR by removing & recovery of Refrigerant gas in the cylinder, recovery of compressor oil, unscrewing and carried out at civil work shop for overhauling including freight charges up and down and refixing the same after repair in original position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Any repair/overhauling in compressor unit shall be measured and paid under relevent item. 2. If any damage to compressor during poor handling/hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by contractor without any extra cost to the deptt.

Material and Labour for overhauling of compressor 95 TR capacity by carrying out extensive electrical and mechanical repairs incl repair replacement of fwg items: a) Replacement of all existing bearings. b) Cleaning and Refitting of existing stater into body shell c) Cleaning of pores with pressure jet d) Testing of winding e) Pressure testing before and after assembling. and necessary connection and testing on complition complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any minor items like nut bolt or replacement of other unserviceable minor part required while overhauling of compressor are included in quoted rate by the contractor.

Material and labour for replacement of flow switch of central AC plant 90 TR capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be carried out by the representative of OEM.

Material and labour for charging refrigerant gas R 134 A in the compressor system after detecting any leakage, rectifying the leakage in the system, proper evacuation and pressure testing with Nitrogen gas for the desired pressure and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be carried out by the representative of OEM

Material and labour for charging refrigerant gas R 407 A in the compressor system after detecting any leakage, rectifying the leakage in the system, proper evacuation and pressure testing with Nitrogen gas for the desired pressure and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be carried out by the representative of OEM

Opening and taking out the front cover of hot water boiler of cap 225 KW and taking out the existing heating element from the boiler drum and refixing the same in old position after descaling the heating element and hot water boiler with suitable chemical and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M&L for securing the insulation with and including mechanical fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12 mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtrs.
