Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water & removed debrises out MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound of ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for two coats of rain coat over one coat of primer including prepartion of newly plastered external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of PCC padding of any description and in any position including removing demolished materials outside MD land all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned and washed concrete surfaces and like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with WPC. All cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for cement plaster 20 mm thick in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Clean the surface and apply one coat of primer (STP Shali Urethane BTD diluted in water in 1:1 ratio and applied @ 400 gm/sqm OR Dr, Fixit primeseal diluted in water in 2:1 ratio and applied @ 7-8 sqm/ltr) and allows to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply first coat of water proofing coating over primer surface (Shali Urethene BTD with non butuminous bleading of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/Ltr without dilution OR Dr. Fixit new coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm /Ltr) (c) Lay Non woven fiber glass mesh (Reinforcement of Shali Geo Text 40/50 gsm of size 2.5mm x 2.5mm) or equivalent with overlap of 50 mm on both direction while the first coat is still wet. (d) Apply second coat of water proofing coating Shali Urethene BTD with non bituminous bleeding of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/ Ltr without dilution OR Dr. fixit new coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm/ Ltr after 6-8 hrs of drying of first coat. (e) Apply third coat of water proofing coating Shali Urethene BTD with non bituminous bleeding of STP Ltd. @ 1 Sqm/ Ltr without dilution OR Dr. fixit new coat without any dilution @ 2 Sqm/ Ltr) after 6-8 hrs of drying of second coat The total thickness of 1 to 1.2mm must be achieved after 7 days of air cure. Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only 3) Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 25 x 1.5 mm Flat iron incl all fittings like sockets, bend, junction, elbow etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) branch piece, Single (single Y) equal or unequal for 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 160mm bore pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 25 x 1.5 mm flat iron incl all fittings like sockets, bend, junction, elbow etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 160mm PVC (SWR) bends complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge

Taking down Cast iron soil waste pipe (any size and patterns) mouldings all fittings heads, shoes, bends including necessary working platform (scaffoldings) and safety measurs Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing cast iron sand cast pipes in any length with or without cement mortar laid on walls of 100 mm dia including necessary working platform (scaffoldings) and safety measures Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing cast iron sand cast pipes in any length with or without cement mortar laid on walls of 75 mm dia including necessary working platform (scaffoldings) and safety measurs Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement as in patches all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge

Material & Labour for Sand faced cement plaster 10 mm thick as in ceiling in CM 1:3, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, ,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all places and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by any means scrapping old surface washing the surface with Bleaching powder throughly,filling the cracks with cracks filling compound of DR Fixit crack free chemical or shrink free as per manufacturer instruction & two coat of rain coat over a one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including making grooves of minimum 50mm into brick walling and inserting the sheets into these grooves complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing mild steel rolled section as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails etc complete conforming to Fe 410-W-(Gde-E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and Fixing 10 mm dia 100 mm long dash through fasteners bolts fixed in concrete or brick work to hold brackets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparaing of new steel surfaces of any description 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in and making good to facings of brick/concrete/stone walling where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for filleting in any position and to any shape of section area not exc 25 sq cm in cement sand mortar 1:4 incl all mitres, stops etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Grubbing up and uprootinng of trees / plants from external walls of bldgs pouring muratic acid for burning risidual roots in any. Racking out the dead roots from plants / concrete joints upto its penetrated portion and filling with PCC (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate and finishing the surface with 15mm rendering in CM (1:4) including necessary hanging arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
