Clearing and Grubbing Road Land : Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. Excavation in Marshy Soil (Excavation for roadway in marshy soil with hydraulic excavator 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers and disposal with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.)

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.)

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits : Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (Including compensation of earth.)(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) a) From Private Land

Construction of sub grade & earthen shoulders : Construction of Sub grade & Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (Including compensation of earth.)(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) a)From Private Land

Granular Sub-base with coarse graded materials (Table : 400-2) : Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing coarse Graded Material, spreading in uniform LAYER1s with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacted with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per cl.401( with an Initial lead of 5.0Km) I)For Grading II Material

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix nacadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (including carrauge upto initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant )

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of specified quantity using mechanical means. B. Primer @ 1.00kg per sqm iI) with Butimen Emulsion - CSS-1 (IS 8887-2004)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributor at the rate 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. iii) With Butimen Emulsion CRS-1 c) Granular surfaces treated with primer (Quantity from Statement No. 1, Rate as per Annexure-1)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion presure distributor at the rate 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. iii) With Butimen Emulsion CRS-1 a) Normal bituminous surface (Quantity from Statement No. 1, Rate as per Annexure-1)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Bituminous Concrete : Providing laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 409, complete in all respects (Including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt) '(a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) a) With 60/70 or VG Grade paved Bitumen II) For Grading II (13 mm nominal size) (Quantity from Statement No. 1, Rate as per Annexure-1)

Turfing with Sods( Furnising and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of rods and watering)

(Construction of Hume Pipe 1000mm dia NP3)Excavation for structures Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1104 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matterial, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in Single Row Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in singl row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets clause 1106. 1000 m dia.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundatin complete as per drawing & technical specifications Clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. A. With Crushed Stone iii. PCC Grade M-15 Nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (Hand mixed)

Road Markers : Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35.
