Earthwork in excavation of foundation, trenches, drains in all sorts of soil including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone including removing , spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75mm as directed, the item including trimming the sides of trenches leveling dressing and ramming the bottom bailing out water as required complete. a)Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.50mtr.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete.(with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand(Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity.

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (ii) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 3 km. but not exceeding 5 km. including the cost of carried earth.

Supplying & laying Polythene sheet (150 gm/Sq. m ) over damp proof coarse or below flooring or roof tarracing or in foundation or foundation trenches.

Cement Concrete with 40 mm down ballast excluding shuttering. (1:3:6 proportion.)( Pakur Vr.)

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (6:1). a) In Foundation and Plinth

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 20mm. nominal sizes excluding shuttering and reinforcement (if any) as per relavent IS Code . (i) Pakur Vr.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hardwood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting fixing and striking out after complete of works(upto roof of groun floor). f) 25mm to 30mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hardwood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting fixing and striking out after complete of works(upto roof of groun floor). a) 25mm to 30mm wooden shuttering as per dicision & direction of Engineer in charge. i) gr. Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distributors, stirrups binder etc. including supply of rods initial straightening and removal of loose rust ( if any) necessary cutting to requisite length hooking and bending to correct shape placing in proper position every intersection complete as per drawing and direction. Applying exterior grade acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish / Acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete a s per manufacture's specification and as per direction of EIC. (b) two coats

Protective and decorative textured exterior high class matt finish paint of approved quality, composed of special Tharmoplastic Resin containing fine crystaline additives derived from granite as per manufacture's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required.( Two Coats )

18mm to 22mm thick kota stone slab set in 20mm thick (avg) cement morter (1:4) in floor, stair & lobby including pointing in cement slurry with pigment matching the stone shade, including grinding & polishing as per direction of Engineer in charge to match with the existing work. (Slurry for bedding @ 4.4 kg/Sq.M and pointing @ 2.0 kg/Sq.M. (ii) 25 mm. thick

Extra cost of labour for grinding Kota stone floor in treads and riser of steps.

Supplying, fitting and fixing steel rolling shutter profile type with 18 B.G. of approved type steel latch section 75mm wide fitting with coil wire spring to necessitate the fitting of required No. of C.I. pulleys on heavy type solid drawn seamless steel tube complete with locking arrangement both inside and outside specially built up side guide channels including providing a hook for a steel rolling shuttering the room , painting two coats of approved aluminum paint over a coat of priming complete.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand Papering.

Painting with superior synthetic enamel paint of approved made and brand including smoothening the surface by sand paper. i) on steel

Supplying, fitting and fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated grills conforming to I.S. 1038-1975 and manufactured from rolled steel section conforming to I.S7452-1974 with non friction projecting type box type type hinges. b) Openable steel window with side hung shutters.

c) (viii)Extra over above item for- M.S. Integretd grill as approved design integreted with steel window or ventilator.

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all ecessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. ii) 110 dia

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (TATA make square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1957 & IS:1161-1958) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy coated (Followed by colour coated )steel sheet work having minimum Yield strength of 550 Mpa of Trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the Suporting frame works) fitted and fixed with 10mm dia 'J' or "L' hook bolts limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150mm end lap and one orrugation minimum side lap.( Payment to be made on area of finished work)

Holding down bolt with nut including 100 x 100 x 6 mm plate washer at bottom fitted complete and packing the hole with cement concrete or cement grout as directed. (i) 16 mm dia bolt (b) 450 mm long
