S&F MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes in soft /loose soil (or Similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm waterning and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as directed.

M&L cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm greded stone aggregate as in foundations filling for post holes and mass concrete complete all as directed.

Preparation newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of RCC roof and histing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position with replacement of nipple/union/socket check nut of capacity exc 500Ltrs n.exc 1000Ltrs incl cleaning & removing of all scab & dirts etc from tank & from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as directed

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof and removing the rubbish outside complex (MOD land),incl removal of vagitation if any complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including mud plastering and mud phuska under brick tiles at any situation and height, complete all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of old concretefloor by picking, sweeping clean andwashing down with water to removedust, etc

M &L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on top of roof concrete in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement to have a smooth surface for laying of water proofing membrane. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane plain finish minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm at overlapping joints

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered edges, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Cutting chase in brick walls, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, linterls, etc and cutting chases for concealing APP membrance etc and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and as directed

M&L cleaning surface and applying two coats of aluminium paint on roof or vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral WPC complete all as directed.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick of CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing of water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L Providing and applying cement base plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore GI tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and Note rate quoted up to G+5 bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and drying the brick surfaces, and make it dust free. Prewetting the surface with water before application of Dampblock 2k, and then applying a skim coat of polymerised putty and after drying 2 coats of Smartcare dumpblock 2K @1.5 Kg/ Sqm. (Application of plaster shall be measured and paid in appropriate item).

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L Machine cut cudappah stone slab 25 mm thick jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment match the shade of the slab.
