SCHEDULE "A"

Item No 01 : Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller (tandem) of capacity exc 12 tonne but not exc 18 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02 : M&L moorum filling in road formation laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified in SSR Part-I Clause 3.21.1 & 3.21.4 and as directed.

Item No 03 : M&L 150 mm thick GSB (Granular sub base) in single layer (compacted thickness) by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place (method) with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoSRT & H and technical specification clause 400-1 for grading II material. Surface formed to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M & L Dry lean cement concrete sub base (construction at dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate (conforming to IS 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 26.5mm. aggregate cement not to exceed 15.1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 60-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content be determined during trial length. construction concrete strength not to be less than 10 MPA at 7 days mixed in a batching plant transported to site laid with a paver with electronic sensor compacting with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller. finishing and clearing all as specified in SSR Part -I (CI:20.13.26.1) to 20.13.2.6.4.1) and directed.

Item No 04 (A) : M&L for 200mm thick Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 45 kg/sqcm in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified in the respective clause of SSR Part -I & PS clause of the tender document and as directed.

Item No 04 (B) : Finishing the surface of concrete roads, pavements, by belting complete all as specified in SSR Part -I (clause :20.B.7.12 .2) and directed.

Item No 04 (C) : Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified in SSR Part -I (clause :20.B.7.10.2) & respective clause of PS and directed.

Item No 05 : M&L forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 100 mm thick concrete filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified in SSR Part -I (clause :20.B.7.10.4) & respective clause of PS and directed.

Item No 06 : M&L for 150 mm thick spread thickness of moorum filling in berms/shoulders incl. spreading, rolling and consolidation to gradient and camber complete all as specified in SSR Part -I (clause :3.21.1 and 3.21.4) & respective clause of PS and directed.

Item No 07 : Forming embankment including raising for lowering using approved moorum obtained from outside MD land spreading in layers n. exc 30 cm thick watering, ramming, rolling and finishing to required size shape etc n.exc 1.5m height from base all as specified in SSR Part-I clause: 3.21.1, 3.21.4 and 3.22.1 to 3.22.5 as directed.

Item No 08 : Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar / cement Lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 09 : Demolition of reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Item No 10 : Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Item No 11 : M&L for 600mm dia hume pipe culvert inculding all excavation in any type of soil, returning filling ,removal of surplus soil, PCC in fdn, 600mm dia RCC Hume pipe,brick work ,plaster and white washing complete all as specified and directed (As per TD No CEJZ/TD/26 dt 05 Aug 2000 Sheet 1/1 & 2/2

Item No 12 :- M & L Polythene film black 125 micron laid in floors and pavings over and including 10 mm thick coarse sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 (A) :- M & L for 25 mm dia mild steel bars as in dowel bar including suitable metal cap at both ends partly filled with cotton complete all as specified and directed.

External Electric Supply

Item No 13:- M & L for clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Item No 14 :- Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, type 1, Flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm with minimum average breaking load 200 Kg as per IS 5820:1970, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 15 : M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 16 :- M & L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6, C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of pole etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified

Item No 17 : S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) of size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick with "DANGER/LT 433 / VOLTS CABLE/DANGER / MES" embossing on cable route indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 18 : Supplying, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 x 300 mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-22 (9 metres long) icluding of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality) black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block band of 1200 mm height (4 Nos each Strip of 150 mm width) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earthwork, Cement Concrete, cross arms etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Item No. 19 :- Supply, laying testing and commissioning of UG LT cables 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC shealhed, armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty fonforming to latest relevant IS, including cable glands, cable lugs in LT panel/MDB in building etc to suit the cable including material and labour for all jointing / connecting material of required size, cables laid in trenches/ ducts/ under plinth floors passing through pipes, fixed on wall etc, complete of following sizes:-

(a) 2 core x 10 Sqmm. (LT Panel to security lights)

Item No. 20 :- Supply & fixing GI Pipe Light grade with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

(a) 25 mm dia

Item No. 21 :- S & F for multifunctional digital type time switch (Astro type having Longitude and latitude of indian cities memory) 240 Volts AC single phase including necessary MS box of suitable size to accommodated time switch MCB SPN 20 Amps and power contractor 16 Amps 2 Pole 240 Volts with Electrical connections and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 :- M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal area and drawing through and including rigid black steel conduit 20 mm dia heavy duty ISI marked secured with the poles surface from junction box to street light fitting and HDPE box complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Two runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable, one run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit

Item No. 23 :- S&F for glavanized iron wire of size 4 mm dia for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead for security pole to pole required complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 24 :- S&F for Street light fitting ENDURA CITYlINER NEO new generation eneragy saving and environmental friendly long lige LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP 66 protection and impact resistance IK07 including all necessary fitting acessories complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire of size 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Item No 26 - S&F Juction Box for street Lights of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick totally enclosed, dusst and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 42 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking aggangements, and painted with powder coating paint and suitable size of "connectwell" stud teriminal (provision for socket bolting) 05 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps - 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts complete all as specified.

AREA DRAINAGE

Item No 27 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches ordrains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out in any type of soil. and excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Item No 28 : Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 29 : M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 30 : Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

Item No 31 : Add as per item No 30 above but for add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm inner girth

Item No 32 : M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6

Item No 33 : Material and Labour for rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 34 : M&L for type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings including necessary use of waste and form work.

Item No 35 : M&L Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 36 : M&L moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Fencing and Gate /Compound Wall

Item No 37 : Steel Gate 5.5M wide with wicket gate 1.5 wide and granite cladding on column icluding all earthwork, RCC ,Form work,Mild steel work in gate and painting work as directed and specifided in Drg No : CEJZ/TD/13 of sheet No 1/2 & 2/2.

Site clearance and development

Item No 38 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m,in any type of soil as directed by Engineer-incharge

Item No 39 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out in any type of soil and excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 40 : M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 41 : M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed . Note - Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 42 : M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness, above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Item No. 43:- Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter batter for rough finished complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 44:- Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 45 : Mild Steel TMT bar 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 46 : Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 47:- M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Item No 48 :- M & L for applying two coats cement based paints over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 49 : M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 75 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 50 : M&L broken stone broken or boulders of Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm as in back side of RCC retaining wall gaps complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 51 : Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site for girth of tree exceeding 100 cm and not exceeding 150 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 52 : Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil all as specified & directed

Item No 53 : Removal of excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 54 : Removal of excavated materials exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed
