REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRIC POLE, OVER HEAD LINE AND ALLIED WORKS AT ZONE A AT CHAKABAMA MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) ZAKHAMA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling,punning, well ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thickness shall be measured after punning.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down old unserviceable UG cable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down old unserviceable UG cable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down old unserviceable UG cable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks locally available best quality laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed

Dismantling unserviceable/old ACSR conductors of any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductors (weasel type) for LT OH lines on poles including stringing, binding with aluminium wire 14 SWG or aluminium tape including jumpers complete connecting of disconnected cable, service cable and street light connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only old ACSR conductor obtained from dismantling of old ACSR conductors for LT OH lines on poles including stringing, binding with aluminium wire 14 SWG or aluminium tape including jumpers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for erection and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9.00 metres long) confirming to IS- 2713 Part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers etc. fixed in PCC foundation duly painted painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer with 30 cm of black,yellow and white paint upto 1.2m including preparation of surface and including dismsntling of old pole of any size and description with foundation, PCC coping etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for the new/existing Steel Poles, cills, including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 40mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/ walls/ floors/ poles/ road crossing including taking up/ down old pipe complete all as speciffied and as directed

S &F street light fitting of 60 Watt LED made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection and lens embedded PC Cover having top opening seperate driver compartment ,should have luminaire efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt,CRI>70 ,PF > 0.95,CCT≥5500,IP66,impact resistance IK 07 ,inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage , short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 5 kVcomplete also tested for 440 Volt for 8 hour Phase to phase without any damage including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs street light bracket made of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade(bend to shape) , 1.2 metre long and fixed with Ms flat iron clamp(clamp shall be 40 X 5mm ), nuts, bolts and washers on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps, stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only old serviceable cross-arms obtained from dismantling of old cross arms with providing new bolts, nuts and washers as required including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pin type insulators LT 1100 Volts grade porcelain vitreous white or brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia including taking down the old unserviceable pin insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 m on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto a distance of 150m, each span not exceeding 45 m complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stay assembly (diameter of stay rod 20 mm) complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.
