Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earht around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 1.50 KM but not exceeding 5 KM (outside MOD) from starting point and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4)complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone boulder of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 or other cuting plates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work such as wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious paint exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, both side crimp as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200mm size of thickness 10cm board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and directed. Note: Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelaminated colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and cheasseling/ cuuting wall for conceale point wiring with proper cementing work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls as existing colour wall, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Concealed point wiring with FR PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable single core 1.5 Sqmm for one light point controlled by one one way switch incl one PVC insulated, un sheathed Single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for continues earth wire .drawn in and including PVC conduit pipe heavy duty 20/25 mm dia complete with all accessories including sheet metal MS box of suitable size of 1.2mm thick or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size incl 3.0 mm thick laminated sheet cover and fixed with brass screws, cap washers etc to be fixed flushed on wall including white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

All as per item No -25 above but for one fan point controlled by one switch.

Taking down old unserviceable switch fuse unit / MCB / MCCB DB with MCB etc for necessary repair/replacement and re use complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB SPN DB 8 way made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,230 Volts with Double door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing, connection and testing MCB SPN 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 6-32Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing, connection and testing MCB SPN 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 40- 63Amps complete all as specified and directed.
