Providing and laying in position standardised concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000,using 20 mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticizer /Super plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10 -12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including and laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.The coarse and fine aggregate to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials.)

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.6 m x 1.0 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 3.0 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.60 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3.5 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.20 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Worm Gear Stand 65x65x8 mm Angle & 75mm worm gear(As per SR p) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint.
