Treating at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) (Chlorophyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or Imidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 (Refer Table 1 on Sl. Page No. 2 of IS 6313 (Part 2) : 2013)) @ 0.5 litre / hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

Treating soil along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion (Chlorophyriphos 20 EC conforming to IS 8944 or Imidacloprid 30.50 SC conforming to IS 16131 (Refer Table 1 on Sl. Page No. 2 of IS 6313 (Part 2) : 2013)) @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and directed.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. m, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate), 30mm thick as in levelling course over slabs, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacurer instructions over cleaned roof surface, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 kg / sq.m and minimum 3.5mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gms / sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq.m by forced application, complete all as specified and directed. The complete roof treatement shall be consisting of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 litre / sq.m (ii) Laying of APP based membrane of specified thickness and weight. (iii) Applying one coat of bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.2 Kg / sq.m (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml / sq.m

Applying two coats of weather-proof antifungal exterior emulsion paint, first quality, over a coat of primer all as per manufactureres instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in hard standing, floors, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- As approved by GE
