Karada Indragada Road (Ch.6/00 to 16/00 Km)

B.T Road Clearing and grubbing the road land including uprooting Rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc complete up to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lift and lead upto 1000 m as per direction of EIC

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits transporting to site with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavation of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cuttinh and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with reuirements of lines, graddes and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and leads upto 100m

Excavation in Hard Rock (blasting prohibited by mechanical means) as per technical specificaation clause 302

Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechanical means including cutting & trimming of side slopes & disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 20 mtr as per technical specification clause-1603.1

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Construction of Granular Sub Base Grading III material as per table 400-1 spreading in uniform layers with moto grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of Mo SRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 & as per direction of EIC
