Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from the site to a distance not exceeding 500 metre and deposited as directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7.5 mm to 8.5mm thick 450mm x 300mm size in verticle surface including 10mm thick backing coat using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of Size 4exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc in floors and skirting etc. including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Virified Ceramic tiles,double charged light shade 9 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Virified Ceramic tiles,double charged light shade 9 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting / dadosincluding 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window (area exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm) with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 90 x 42 mm & sash 31 x 57 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality (as per approved sample), including 5mm thick toughened glass and Wire cloth Stainless steel 304 Grade, natural finish, 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
