Execution of civil work under Development of Amenities at Shankeracharya temple, Srinagar, under NCF

Sub heading 1

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer in-charge: Hard rock (blasting prohibited) including disposal further up to 50 metres

Providing and laying soling in foundation including ramming and compacting complete: (Supplying and stacking at site: 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate & Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, manually rolling in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing of 100 mm thick plain slab stone fine chisel dressed (Devri stone-Kashmiri origin) in flooring over a 25mm thick mortar bed of 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 sand) including all charges complete.

Devri stone masonry in plain work with semi fine chisel dressing in 1:6 cement mortar (1 Cement :4 sand) and curing complete.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick coping over Dwarf/ plinth in 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 stone aggregate (20 mm and below gauge)) including cost of shuttering/formwork and curing complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete.
