M&L for dismantaling of old cracked/unserviceable PCC poles/struts any type and size.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 9mtr long type 410 SP-31 complete with base plate and closed at top, painted up to the embeeded depth with two coats of black bitumnous paint and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Excavating in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Measurement shall be taken after gentling puning of sand.

Supply and Laying Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, size 250mmx150mm x40mm complete as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete M-7.5 grade (Nominal mix) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling of pole etc complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary formwork and finished surfaces complete all as directed
