Dismantling of Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep along with its canopies, shackle, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding, ball bearing, gun metal bush etc complete to carry out the folling repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding it with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire (weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled fan), heating and varnishing as per manufactures design & direction. M & L for painting of ceiling fans (1200 mm/ 1400 mm) complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dusts including writing of MES Nos in black paint all as specified and as directed.

Overhauling of exhaust fan 200 mm to 450 mm sweep (steel body/pvc body) after opening and cleaning rotor, bearing and stator properly and oiling/greasing of bearing/ bushes, reassmbling the same, fixing and coonecting on its existing position and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. (Note : Items required to be replaced & rewinding of fan motor if required will be measured and paid separately in relevent items )

Taking down the existing conduit and copper wire before Supplied & fixed in replacement of Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks, after fixing of conduit inserting the existing copper wire and connection as per existing complete all as specified and directed etc.

Taking down carefully storage type water heaters (Geyser) of any type and make of capacity upto 50 ltrs for servicing after disconnecting their electrical and water connections. De-scaling the inner container, heating element, base assembly using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleaning thoroughly. Filling the inner container with water and detecting leakage including brazing as required to stop the leakage, if any, reassembling the geysers after replacing the u/s spare parts, filling water and testing the geysers by applying pressure by means of hand/foot operated pump, to ensure leak proof. Refixing geyser in the same original position/location and making the electrical/water supply connections incl testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note for sr item no 122 & 123 : (i) Items required to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under relevent items of the Schedule (ii) The rate for fixing of new spare parts are deemed to be included in quoted unit rate of above items)

Supply and Fixing in repairs for LED luminaire cool day light/warm white as required of size 1'x4' square LED panel 35/36 watts, 220V recessed type with high efficieny PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drovers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceilling, including connecting up with driver three core flexible copperr conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specefied and directed.

M & L for loop type insulator vitrous porcelien white, borwn or green large size with dimensions 90 mm x 140m m, clearance of hole 25.5mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12 mm dia, 300 mm longer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for aluminium strip 25 mm x 3 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws as roof conductor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm buried in ground complete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw including removal old extg UNSV one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Tubes light grade galvanized of size 40 mm dia with all fittings and fixed complete for suporting the air termination rod and protection of GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 mtrs asearthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate No 3 of SSR par - I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply & fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board. Single pole & neutral (SPN) 240 volts 2 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC stranded sheathed 3 core, 6 sq mm nominal cross section in service connections

The contractor shall attend to the office of Engr-in-Charge daily in persion or through his authorised representative with necessary T&P and collect the day to day complaint with respect to the area of contract against Item No. 3 to 25, 55-96.

NOTE: (i) The contractor shall maintain a regular sufficient manpower to attend all the complaints provided by JE/Engr-in-Charge on day-to-day basis. The non adherence to this condition shall lead to recovery of Rs. 500/- per day for each complaint pending for more than 24 Hrs. (ii) Rate of Other items like screws, nuts, insulation tape, copper wire of diferent size upto 01 mtr length etc are covered under Item No. 3 to 25, 55-96
