Supply & fix in repair including installation, commissioning and testing of Non clog vertical Sewage submersible pumps three phase with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including , lifting chain, complete of capacity 7.5 HP, Head range -8-10 meter and discharge outlet 80 mm bore all as specified and directed .(old U/S retrieved submersible pump shall be deposited to E/M Store Yard).

S&F in replacement 06 Sqmm 3 Core submersible cable flat copper conductor all as specified and directed. make - Havells/Finolex/KEI

Supply and laying M S Pipes with flange grade"A" with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 100 mm bore complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing in repair MS housing clamp made out of MS flat 100mm x 12 mm thick of suitable length with suitable size of nuts and bolts suitable for 100mm bore housing pipe including one coat of zinc chrome primer and one coat of bituminous paint complete all as directed at site.

S & F in repair for steel rope 8 mm with required size clamp nut and bolt for hanging submersible pump and motor complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel section of ISMB 200 and necessary fabrication to erect desired structure complete all as directed at site.

Supply and Fix in repair Starter for 7.5 HP capacity of sewage submersible pump all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. make -L&T or equivalents.

supply and fix in repairs Submersible motor pump, of capacity 15 HP ,electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well ( Casing pipe size 200/250 mm) with 8 stages ,head range-55 meter head with outlet discharge size 100 mm .discharge range -1200 to 1500LPM pump all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge. make -kirloskar/KSB/Crompton. (Old retrieved pump shall be deposited in EM store yard)

supply and fix in repairs Submersible motor pump, of capacity 20 HP ,electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well ( Casing pipe size 200/250 mm) with 3 stages ,Head range-55 meter head with outlet discharge size 150 mm .discharge range -1200 to 1500LPM pump all as specified and directed by Engineer -in charge. make -kirloskar/KSB/Crompton. (Old retrieved pump shall be deposited in EM store yard)

Supply & fix in repairs, laying and testing 70 Sqmm, 3.5 Core XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, with aluminium conductor 1100 V grade, laid in trenches/ along poles, ducts or through sleeve including taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, sand cushioning and bricks will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

All as per item No. 10 above but for 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE cable.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 meter wide and n.exc 1.5 meter depth and getting out for cable trench complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc. 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of 10 sq mm to 185 Sq mm 3.5 core cable, removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation, earthwork, removing brick protection and relaying the same, and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals of LT cable to pole / main switch etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 40mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches, road crossing and fixed to walls, on poles etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 50mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches, road crossing and fixed to walls, on poles etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 80mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches, road crossing and fixed to walls, on poles etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable junction box and S&F in position new sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction boxes of size 450mmX450mmX15mm depth made out of 1.8mm thick CRCA sheet with front side hinged opening having rubber linking & locking arrangement with nut and bolt and arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable and wire. The box shall provided with and including 4 Nos, 100 Amps aluminum bus bar mounted on porcelain insulators including connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI round clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and Provn of cable from bus bar to MCB and 1 MCB 5 to 32 AMP including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a cot of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement earthing with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600 mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below GL connected to GI earth lead wire of size 4 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron or steel protected with and including 15 mm dia med grade ISI marked GI pipe upto a length of 7.5 mtr long as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch Part-I with and including PCC 1:3:6, C-1 pit with cover or RCC 1:2:4 B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per Sqm watering arrangement within 20mm dia GI med grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt and charcoal necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil including connected to earthing test point, and main switch/DB, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) GI earth wire with GI pipe protection upto 7.5 meter shall be deemed included in the item.(ii) If the desired earth resistance not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost from the department
