Providing , fitting and commissioning of single phase submersible pumping unit along with starter kit as per following specification:- 1. Pump:- a. Type:- Multistage Bowl type b. Make:- Kirloskar/KSB/CRI/Crompton c. Speed:- 2900 rmp d. Discharge:- 2500LPH e. Head:- 90 Mts f. Type of fluid to pumped:- water from tube well. 2. Motor:- a. Type:- Submersible b. Make:- Kirloskar/KSB/CRI/Cromption. c. Speed:- 2900 rpm d. Capacity:- 02 HP or suitable as per manufacturer’s design. e. No. of Phases:- Single phase 220V+/- 10%, 50 HZ AC Supply. f. Winding:- PVC Insulated copper wound squirrel cage. g. Method of cooling:- water Cooled. The pump and motor shall be coupled through a steel coupling. The starter kit should be dry. DOL type, fitted with necessary meters of reputed make. The job also includes lowering of the pumping unit into the tube well.

Providing and fitting of 32 mm dia G.I Pipes with sockets, threaded at both the ends conforming to IS: 1239 (PartI) Class “C” for column and delivery line

Providing and fitting of 05 KVA Single Phase copper wound, oil immersed and manual voltage stabilizer. The job includes P/F of 63 amp D.P Switch to be fixed on Bakelite sheet with 3 pin top. The job includes minor wiring as per site requirement.

Providing and fitting of 04 sq. mm, 3 Core PVC Insulated (cu) submersible cable of reputed make.

Providing and fitting of MS holding clamps of size (Length 16 inch, 6mm thick, 50 mm width) with nuts & bolts

Providing and fitting of:- a. 32mm dia G.I short radius bends-05 No. b. 32mm -25mm dia G.I Reducer 01 No. c. 32 mm dia G.I Nipples-03 No. d. 32 dia G.I Unions& sockets-03 No’s each.
