M&L for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as Path/Plinth protection finished the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles laid, bedded, pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete 75 mm thick, type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles t exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm screed bed or bedding layer for floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for joint free Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/450x350x7mm in size, such as Skirting, Dado etc over and including 10mm thick rendering cement mortar 1:3 set and jointed in near cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick/ block/ stone walls, roof etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on walls including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in two layers on external surfaces first layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/PCC block or concrete surfaces and second layer ( setting coat / finishing) 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with approved water proofing liquid compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement including racking out joints, hacking for key of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of ceiling surfaces, including finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on new ceiling surfaces including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on ceiling including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces complete all specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing finish /treatment on walls using steel wire brush, sanding machine, rubbing ivory papers etc. and washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces, preparing surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including primer on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of weather coat primer and two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint all as per manufacturer instructions with necessary steel scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment on surfaces of wall, chajjas etc in any position washing down with water and cleaning the surface from all loose dirt chalk grease fungi algae flakes etc and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint all as per manufactures instructions with necessary steel scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for applying one coats of white wash including preparation of old plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint of any shade of old wooden surfaces in any description exc 10 cm width/girth including preapration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames without taking of shutters exc 1.5 sq. m but not exc 4 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and not exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S & F second class hardwood (sal) plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F 30 mm thick flush shutter water proof BWR grade solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panel commercial type both sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in - Charge.

S&F for 35mm thick IInd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters divided into squares with plain chamfered or reounded miltred and related sash bars number to received glass gauze etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.20(a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane over 15mm thick plaster on roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Complete removal of existing treatment, cleaning & washing the concrete /tiles surface by using wire brush including junction of parapet etc. (b) M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instructions over neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm on roof surface. Note: Water proofing liquid /compound will be measured & paid separately. (c) Applying bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.160 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (d) M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforcement with polyster non woven fabric (wt reinforcement not less than 150gms/sqm) laid in primed surfaced application including preparation and applying two coats of Heat resisting Aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished materials/debris to a distance exc 1.50 KM and not exc 5 KM and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kgs of cement per sqm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Repairs to aluminium window shutters of any description of any description easing & adjusting without taking down area exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) as levelling course to finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on on concrete top, broken chajjas / facia / walls /ceilings etc, area n. exc 3 sqm each patch (in repairs) , includings finishing to match with existing surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion chloropyrphos ( with 20% EC) treatment of soil by drilling holes 12mm dia @ 300 mm apart and poring ATT chemical @ 1 ltr per hole, including plugging holes with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical chloropyrphos emulsion ( with 20% EC) for post construction antitermite along external wall below concrete or masnory apron @ 2.25 ltr per running meter including drilling and plugging in CM 1:2 and match the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by engr-in- Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment at point of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chloropyrphos (20% EC) @ 0.5 Ltr / hole by drilling 6 mm dia hole at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre and sealing the same with CM 1:2 and match the existing finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Disconnecting existing tank setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs clening etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position (cleaning repairng etc. mesured seprately) exc 1000 & not exc 2000 ltr water tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs in bore of pipe 20mm gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for GI pipes and fixed suitable for following bore of pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repairs for bore of pipe 20mm ball brass valves high pressure with polythylene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking up or down carefully 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 15mm bore galvanised Steel Water tubing, ISI marked medium grade with necessary fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, short pieces, caps & plugs etc fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

-Ditto- all as per item No.76 above, but fixing only old GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required in brick walls and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduct wiring etc and making good cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cleaning and removing scale and dirt etc of overhead PVC tanks of 500 ltrs of capacity by taking out water at bottom by buckets mannualy or vaccum cleaners as required and complete clearing of walls and bottom surface inside the reservior with wire brush, mechanical scrappers and high pressure water jets. Taking out soil, sand and mud settled at the bottom and finally cleaning with bleaching powder / pottassium permagnate solution. The final disinffect solution in tank need to be run through all tapping points in house, so as to disinfect the water pipe lines also all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note:- (i) To do necessary tie up with residents for cleaning is included in quoted rates.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank tripple layer cylindrical vertical with closed top 1000 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position connecting to inlet and outlet pipe connections with and including 20mm dia GI wash out with plug fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for columns, pillars, piers, posts and sturts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M & L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for MS TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, columns, piers and stanchions in square, rectangular fair finished surface of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel as in tubular trusses (framed) purlins, angle, beam, tee, channel including distance piece, cleats etc , grade Fe - 410W (gde E 250 quality B) with and including necessary cutting, bending, drilling holes, welding rebates etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F for MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or welded attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,etc with ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheeting (PPGL) 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Exc 5cm long but not exceeding 10cm, diameter of neck in exc 11 mm but n exc 15 mm,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of steel and iron work, new or old, of ends of posts, back of chowkats, etc., area tarred and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and as directed by ENgr-in- Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for removal of existing concrete including loose/weak concrete from the concrete structure ie. beams/columns/deckslab etc upto beyond corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of minimum 10mm behind the reinforcement by chipping/hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers including high pressure water jetting and removal of debris within airforce station as decided by the user /EIC. Concrete around corroded reinforcement shall be removed properly. The edges of the repair locations of concrete should be saw cut to depth of at least 10mm to avoid featheredging and to provide a square edge including steel frame double scaffolding Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced) of roofs, floors, chajjas and similar suspended work in any position including steel frame double scaffolding and form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Preparation of surfaces and removal of rust in the loosely bonded concrete of the RCC deckslab, beam / girder shall be chipped out using the mechanical cutter exposing the bars and applying Rust Remover using small brush and allow to react it for 16-24 hrs and applying two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective paint over a coat of alkaline rust converting primer around bars old & new as per manufacturers instructions. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth including necessary scaffolding complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L 50mm thick ( average thickness) polymer modified single component alkaline resistant fibre reinforced, cementitious patch repair mortar on conrete structure. Applying the mortar around the reinforcement and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface including necessary scaffolding with preparation of concrete surfaces by removing loose concrete dust, dirt etc. Cleaning the surface properly and applying one liberal coat of epoxy bonding agent ( two component agent) by brush application to parent concrete complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by the Engr-in- Charge. Cured mortar should exhibit compressive strength of 20 MPa after 1 day and atleast 45 MPa after 28 days, tensile strength atleast 2.5 MPa after 28 days and flexural strength atleast 7 MPa after 28 days.

M&L for micro concrete to existing concrete structure including proper tight leak proof shuttering SPL polimer modified cementitious ,low pemeable 'free flow ' non shrink ' self compacting micro concrete shall be grade M 70 as per recommended w/c ratio and pouring as per the required thickness complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed by Engr-in- Charge. The rate shall include the cost of following: (i) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (ii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable main switch/ kitkat DBs/ MCB including wooden board from existing position and making good disturbed surfaces of wall to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down elecrtic meter of any size/ capacity and refixing the same after repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan /EXHAUST FAN of any size or make and refixing the same after repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
