Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (1) All Kind of Soil. (HSR 4.12.1)
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (HSR 4.32).
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: (HSR 6.1) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.1.6).
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :. (1) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.14.1).
Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: (1) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (HSR 6.15.1).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (HSR 6.29). Foundations, footings, bases for columns. (HSR 6.29.1)
Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts. (HSR 6.29.3).
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. (6) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (HSR 6.34.6)
Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor IV level in : (2) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand). (1) Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (HSR 7.47.1).
Brick work with modular extruded brunt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 ) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth: (1) Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (HSR 7.48.1).
12 mm cement plaster of mix: (HSR 11.5). (3) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). (HSR 11.5.3).
15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: (HSR 11.6). (1) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). (HSR 11.6.1).
Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 11.60). (LABOUR RATE ONLY)
Applying priming coat:- With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works. (HSR 11.68.3). (LABOUR RATE ONLY)
Painting the wooden/metal surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: (1) Two or more coats on new work. (HSR 11.82.1). (LABOUR RATE ONLY)
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (1) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). (HSR 11.95.1). (LABOUR RATE ONLY)
Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (2) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. (HSR 13.29.2)
Providing & Fixing in place door frame of Section 170x58mm made of GPSP Sheet ( IS277) constructed from sheet thickness 1.2mm with a single rebate of 58mm duly filled with Puf and finished with Powder Coating In Reqular RAL shades as desired by Engineer- In-Charge . Frame should be Coated with pure polyster/Epoxy Polyster powder coating having thickness of 60-80 micron and provided with 3mm thick hinge reforcement plates. (HSR 32.57).
