Demolition of PCC in ground floors & paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, unreinforced and removing the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, coursed,, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per serial item no 4.00 above but except stone -ditto-

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bond stones set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm to face stones (Granite or Trap stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, fixing angle iron etc (including necessary form work) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for PVC 110mm dia pipe in any length with rubber rings joints laid as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for hand packing (any thickness) at back of wall over arches etc. and rising (or lowering) to the required labour complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for raised pointing to stone masonry wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including tiles of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed .

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks work/stone work/concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) as on walls complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- Plaster shall be carried out upto any height in patches and contractor shall have no claim for height and scaffolding what so ever is required to complete the work.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate finishing the concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring incl finishing the concrete surface smooth & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured ultra finish cement concrete tiles 300x300x25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M 35 grade. with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured precast machine pressed concrete coble stone blocks any shape and size of 80mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors/pavements cushioning including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 130-O complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling existing old damaged fencing wire mesh, any type and Supply & fixing new chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing dust, dirt and all loose scales of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for galvanised 2 stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing, straining and fixing to any standard rails and straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.
