| 1.01 | (i) Inspection, testing, fault diagnosis, repair, servicing, and rectification of defective navigation lights including port light, starboard light, masthead light, stern light, anchor light, along with associated D.C. power supply wiring, switches, terminals, junction boxes, protective devices, and allied accessories to restore complete operational condition in compliance with marine navigation safety requirements.
(ii) Providing, installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of shore power connection panel box complete with suitable marine-grade enclosure, MCCB/MCB, changeover arrangement, indicator lamps, sockets, earthing arrangement, cable glands, termination lugs, and all allied accessories for safe shore-to-vessel electrical connection.
(iii) Thorough inspection, testing, servicing, fault diagnosis, repair, rewiring, replacement of defective components, rectification, and commissioning of the complete onboard electrical system including but not limited to power distribution boards in engine room, wheelhouse, and crew accommodation, general alarm system, alarm bell, D.C. horn, switchboards, lighting circuits, exhaust fans, battery charger, blowers, navigation lights, shore power connection, A.C. system, and D.C. system. The scope of work includes insulation resistance testing, continuity testing, load performance assessment, safety verification, tightening of loose connections, replacement of damaged cables/components, and complete commissioning to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation in compliance with marine electrical safety standards, complete in all respects as required and as directed by the EIC/Surveyor. | - | - | - | - |

| 3(i)Four (04) bathroom flushing systems were found non-operational(ii)Three (03) toilet commode seats were found damaged(iii)The sea water supply line to the galley was found missing and shall be provided complete with necessary piping, valves, supports, fittings, and allied accessories for proper serviceability.(iv)Two (02) new water storage tanks, comprising one (01) fresh water tank and one (01) sea water tank, each 1000 (one thousand) litre capacity, shall be fabricated/provided, installed, tested, and commissioned with all necessary pipe connections, supports, valves, and fittings.(v)The existing ½-inch pipeline system throughout the vessel shall be dismantled and renewed with 1-inch pipeline, including supply, fabrication, laying, jointing, supports, valves, fittings, testing, and commissioning, as required and as directed by the EIC/Surveyor. | |||||
