REPAIR/MAINT OF EOT CRANE, LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE NARANGI

M & L for servicing of 05 Ton capacity flame proof EOT crane of any make installed at different building/location at site, making the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed with and including opeartions for maintenance specified as under:- (A) LONG TRAVERSE MOTION- (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectifiaction of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including repalcing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any.

(B) CROSS TRAVERSE MOTION- (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectifiaction of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (C) HOIST MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level, checking and rectifiaction of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheel for any abnormal sound & checking mounting/ fixing arrangement. (d) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut/bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and coupling including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all hT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including repalcing burnt out/ over heated cable ends if any.

(D) ELECTRICALS (a) Checking and tightening all electric connection (b) Checking the contactors/ relays etc for overheating or flashinng. © Clening off all connection and control cables. (d) Properly bunching the loose control cable. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (f) Checking the connection and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working.

(E) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL Opening the push button control unit, checking all connection, replacing flashed/ over heated connections, general cleaning and checking all the functions,of the LT/CT/ Hoist motion push buttons and lights/ VVVF switch including reassembling the unit complete

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 3 ton capacioty EOT crane complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- 1. Gear box oil shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L in repair of PVC insulated, FR round sheathed flexible cable of size 1.5 sqmm 12 core conforming to IS 7098 with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade 1100 Volts duly clamped on New C-Track system from Main Control Panel fixed on the crane to Push Button station complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair of PVC insulated, FR round sheathed flexible cable of size 2.5 sqmm 4 core conforming to IS 694:2010 with flexible bright annealed copper conductor for voltage grade 1100 Volts wiring for LT & CT DSL from main control panel to C track system complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Repair to step down control transformer copper wound of PRI.V. 230 , SEC.V. -110, 200 VA ,frequency 50Hz suitable for 2 to 5 Tonne capacity EOT crane all as specified and directed .

S & Fix contactor 20 Amps with 2 NO + 2NC including taking out old unserviceable complete all as directed.

All as per item no. 6 here-in-before but of 25 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for push button switch with element in Flame proof Push Button Stationas per require color code, including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing testing & commissioning of AC drive, 5.5kW V/F control operated on 3 phase 415 Volt AC for hoist control CT/LT motor of EOT crane including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and making all connections for limit switch 40 Amps 415 Volts all as per existing for LT/CT/ hoist motion of 5 ton capacity crane including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing flame proof thrustor brake unit complete as per existing of capacity 18kg for drum size 100mm including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gear oil grade 680 suitable for hydraulic thruster brake complete all as directed.

Supply and fix brake shoes with liner in pair (02 Nos) on drum diameter 100 to 200 mm suitable for 2 to 5 ton crane with necessary fittings complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as directed.

Supply and fixing torque springs suitable for 6 kg capacity 100 mm dia drum brakes of LT/CT motion, including taking out the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable , etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick for any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ old size well burnt brick laid flate in trenches over the cable for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable UG cable of any size/ type from trenches/ wall/ roof etc. for necessary repair/ replacement/ re-laying works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Excavation and earth work should be measured and paid separately.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 120 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 25 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with solid aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Manual boring under roads/hard standing by reqd T&P without disturbing the top surface of the road for throughing the cable in GI Pipe of 40 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 40mm bore dia with all fittings to be laid in trenches or in floors,including taking down rusted one complete all as speciffied and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCBs, FP 63 Amps, 240V 10 kA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T / ABB/Schneider

Taking down old unsv/ corroded LT feeder pillar box/ DB Box/ Busbar Chamber of any sizes or types (after disconnection of all electrical connections) complete for replacement with new one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made (CPRI approved) outdoor type, dust & vermin proof feeder pillar box made out of 3.15mm CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40 mm x 40mm x 6 mm , powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer, factory made duly fixed on the ground by PCC foundation (1:2:4 Type B-1) of size 700mm x300mm x600mm on the adjacent pairs of leg & net cementing the same. The feeder pillar box should duly painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (internally) on the surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The feeder pillar box is cubicle shaped, roof canopy type, with special type of heavy duty industrial door hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangements. M&L in repair earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised earth lead by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strips 32 X 6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including GI pipe 40mm bore(dia) for earth lead protection ' light grade', GI pipe 20mm Bore(dia) ' Medium grade' for watering including necessary excavation any type of soil, RCC chamber cover plate, wire mess, funnel, etc complete and testing on completion.
