REPAIR/MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAK WELLS, MANHOLE, SWTS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT X, L, TP AREA, MES AREA AT AFS DIGARU

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in (CM 1:4) with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and to be finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complate all as specified and as directed.

M/L for two coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in surface channels not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, ( 1:3:6) (40 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, ( 1:2:4) (20 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness (except ceramic tiles) in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
