INTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WORKS Concealed point wiring in hollow part of LGSF wall with fixing accessories using approved colour coding as per IS, with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H, drawn through and including heavy duty PVC conduit (minimum 25mm bore size 2mm wall thickness) and conduit accessories ISI marked, PVC junction boxes etc, with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with modular sheet and cover plate concealed in walls/ceiling/floors including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS-H as earth continuity conductor to common earth & connecting to earth dolly for the following :-

One light/bell/fan point (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) controlled by one number one way switch or one number one way switch and regulator

One 5/6 Amps socket outlet/switch socket outlet on independent board

Notes for item Nos. 13 to 14 : (a) Modular metal flush boxes, modular cover plates with frame shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted against respective items of BOQ. (b) Switches/sockets etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A'/BOQ here-in-after. S&F VTPN 4 way double door prewired distribution board TPN-DPX 100 MCCB including one no. MCCB 100 Amps, 25 kA, 4 pole as incomer and suitable SPN/TP MCBs as outgoing double door type sheet metal enclosure 415V with 200 Amps rated standard busbar of suitable size plate and common neutral link without MCBs with blank plate suitable for 4 way complete all as specified and all as directed. Note : 1. Rates of MCCB shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 2. MCB SPN/SP/TP will be measured seperatly.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 450x450x450mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with two nos. of RCC slab cover of siutable size with handle to lift atleast 75mm thick having provision of valve key slot , earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of white wash on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: RCC slab rate are inclusive in the rates.

Cutting of existing line in certain "Tee" of 40/50mm bore to extend of water line.

Supplying and laying of drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills along side drains of road below concrete lining of canals etc geo-composite for planar drainage, realized by thermo binding a draining core in extruded monofilaments with two filtering non woven geo-textiles that may also be working as separation or protecting layers. The draning three dimensional core will have a 'W' configuration as longitudinal parallel channels with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene non woven geo-textile of min thicknessof 0.75 mm characteristic opening size (O90) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 8KN/M that will be working as separation or protecting layers. Geo composite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1 ltr/ms at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 and 20Kpa pressure and tensile strength of 18KN/M with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detail specification complete all as directed by GE.

Plantation of deodar trees incl tree guard made out of mild steel weld mesh weight not less than10 kg/each and digging holes60cm dia in soft/loose soil and refilling the same with mixture of clean earth and manure/cowdung in ratio of 2:1 incl watering, dressing and levelling etc complete all as specified and directed

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit sch for buildings and other services i.e Sch 'A' section XII (i.e ₹ 178810.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
