Design, Construction, Testing & commissioning of RCC Over Head Tank No. 1 (with architectural features) of 0.60 Lacs gallons capacity with single compartment & 17.00 mtrs staging eight supported on rectangular/square columns only on turn key basis at SIDCO Industrial Estate Rakh-Amb-Tali IGC- Samba Phase-III including & fixing standard pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet scour & overflow delivering upto 2.00 mtrs away from RCC outer columns of Over Head Tank, providing & fixing of all accessories such as lightning arrester, water level indicators, RCC stairs from ground level to tank floor level gallery along outside column Gallery to top of dome & inside the Tank with side steel railing, ventilating cowls, Manhole covers with frame & MS railing for stairs & at roof flooring vertical D.I- double flanged pipe of 150 mm dia of K-9 make Electro Steel, Jindal Electrotherm only pipe line & standard pipe fitting etc all complete. The top water container should be preferable cylindrical in shape, shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearing etc shall be designed & constructed so as to have the construction of a single storey building between the GL bracing with RCC roof slab & brick walls for panel/store accommodation. The position of the bracing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.50 m & the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 m above general ground to provide for plinth. The construction of store/panel room building is also included in the true key job, the foundation & all other members should be designed & constructed taking into consideration this building load so that this building is constructed for store/panel room including providing & fixing of sal/Deodar wood work three Nos of double door shutters & windows of 2.50 sqm area each at least. The store panel room should be fully finished including internal electrification as the drawing shall be determined by the tender at his own cost.
